Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before a scheduled time, otherwise the full price for the session will be paid. In case of delays of more than 15 minutes, the session will be cancelled and full price must be paid. Please arrive 5 minutes early so you can prepare for the session.
